According to Reuters, a spokesperson for the short video application TikTok said on Friday that investment company Centricus Asset Management Ltd and social media application Triller Inc have not yet submitted an offer for TikTok assets .
Bobby Sarnevesht, executive chairman of Triller Inc, said that this was because TikTok did not participate in the negotiation, adding that Triller and Centricus directly contacted Bytedance CEO Zhang Yiming.
According to the report, ByteDance said that Triller and Centricus’ quotations are not yet known. ByteDance said in a statement: “The company has not had any dialogue with them, and we have no interest.”
