On August 11, a new document from the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) showed that Tesla is involved in the development of a smart watch.
Xplora Technologies, a Norwegian wearable company focused on smart watches for children, submitted a smart watch application to the FCC and listed Tesla as one of the participants.
It’s hard to believe that Tesla will get involved in children’s smart watches, but it may be that Tesla has acquired Xplora, so the latter mentioned Tesla in the document. Tesla may want to use Xplora’s smart watch platform.
