The moreCredit is another amazing service that has been introduced by 9mobile which allows 9mobile customers borrow credit, airtime or data when they run out of airtime or data.

To make things easy, 9mobile has provided a USSD code that allows you borrow airtime airtime, credit or data easily and pay back at a later time;

Note: The borrowed airtime or data will be deducted from your airtime account immediately you recharge, the service also attracts a 15% charge that will be deducted when the borrowed airtime has been given to you, for example when you borrow N100 worth recharge card, N15 will be deducted from the N100 as charge and your borrow main account will be N85.

The service which is available for prepaid customers of 9mobile allows them borrow airtime at either N50 credit, N100 credit, N200 credit, N500  credit, N1000 credit and N2600 credit any amount aside this will not be granted.

How to borrow Airtime Credit from 9mobile with moreCredit

To borrow airtime credit simply dial *665*amount# example *665*100# to borrow N100 or send 100 to 665. To borrow data or megabytes on 9mobile simply follow the steps below

• The first thing you need to do to be able to borrow data on 9mobile is to find out if you are eligible for the moreCredit service by dialing *665*3# or texting STATUS to 665.
• You will also have to borrow 9mobile credit or airtime first before subscribing for data with the borrowed credit.
• To do this, simply dial *665*Amount# or send “amount” to 665 from your 9mobile line to borrow airtime or credit, for example dial *665*100# or send 100 to 665 to borrow N100
• You can now subscribe to a data plan with the borrowed credit. Dial *229* to view available data plans.

Note: you can also use this procedure for more credit, you can check if you are eligible to borrow airtime on 9mobile by dialing *665*3#.
