Samsung revises Galaxy Updates schedule – What changed in April 2024?

Samsung initiated the April 2024 security update for the Galaxy S24 series last month and the company is now working to make it available for more Galaxy devices. Along with the April 2024 patch details, the company has also shared the revised update schedule for Samsung devices.

April 2024 Security Patch Details

April 2024 security update contains fixes from Google and Samsung. Google’s update mends one critical and 26 high-priority Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures (CVEs) in the Android OS. Additionally, Samsung has enhanced device security by resolving 17 specific vulnerabilities, improving safeguards against various software issues.
