BMW’s New MINI JCW Launched in China

According to the BMW Group, the new generation MINI JCW was officially launched in China today, priced at $55,674.71. The new car adopts the “miniature and simple” design language, claiming to perfectly integrate innovative spirit, passionate performance and British classics.

MINI JCW, the full name of MINI John Cooper Works, is the fastest and most powerful civilian car series under the MINI brand. It can be compared to BMW’s M-Power series, Mercedes-Benz AMG series, etc.

AutoThe appearance of the new car continues the MINI family design, with a large area of ​​blackened body decoration and a redesigned John Cooper Works logo. The whole vehicle paint continues the classic black, red and white color scheme. It provides 19-inch and 20-inch wheels, equipped with Array display style LED taillights and a total of four exhaust outlets on both sides.

The body size of the new car is 4433*1843*1656mm, and the wheelbase is 2692mm . Compared with the current model, it is 123mm longer, 21mm wider, and 44mm taller. The rear seat provides a front-to-rear translation distance of 13cm and a storage volume of 460 to 1530 liters.

The interior of the car adopts a cockpit layout that is basically the same as that of the new electric MINI Cooper. The center console and center armrest are made of colorful woven decorative materials. It is equipped with a new 9.4-inch round OLED display and has a built-in new MINI operating system and digital cute pets .

In terms of power, the new MINI JCW Countryman will be equipped with a 2.0L turbocharged four-cylinder engine with a maximum power of 316 horsepower and a maximum torque of 400N·m. It is matched with a 7-speed dual-clutch gearbox and can accelerate from 0-100km/h in 5.4 seconds . The car also has ALL4 intelligent four-wheel drive technology with a drag coefficient of 0.26Cd.
