AMD released Radeon 20.10.1 graphics driver this week, adding optimization support for a variety of new games and upcoming games.
- The ancient gods DLC of “Doom: Eternity” recently released by Agency B (Bethesda)
- Ubisoft’s Watch Dogs: Legion will be released on October 29
- “Dust 5 (Previous Edition)”
- “World of Warcraft: Shadowland (Eve)”
The 20.10.1 version of the adrenaline driver fixes some bugs:
- For example, when the Radeon RX 5000 series graphics card products output audio through HDMI, they may encounter unstable problems.
- When two or more monitors are connected, enabling Radeon FreeSync for games based on the Vulkan API may cause the desktop frame rate to fluctuate.
- Can’t upload/stream content to YouTube, or even not work at all.
- In the game tab of Radeon Software, problems with “Watara” could not be listed or detected.
- When certain Windows screensavers (such as bubbles) are used on Radeon RX 5000 series graphics products, the application may crash.
- If you connect two or more FreeSync high refresh rate monitors through Radeon RX 5000 series graphics cards, you may encounter desktop crashes/display abnormalities in idle state .
- When updating the 2020 Adrenaline version directly from the Radeon Software 2019 software, it may fail and display an error message.
In addition, there are still some known issues that have not been fixed, including:
- After enabling vertical synchronization enhancement on some games and system configurations, it may cause the computer to black out. As a temporary solution, users can disable this feature.
- Performance Metrics Overlay and Performance Tuning show that the idle frequency of Radeon RX 5700 series graphics cards is higher than expected. This bug report will not affect performance and power consumption.
- Modifying the HDMI zoom ratio may cause the FPS to be locked to 30 frames.
