According to foreign media Androidcentral reported today, OnePlus’ next budget model (for foreign users) will be named OnePlus Nord SE, which will have the 65W fast charging function of OnePlus 8T .
The first-generation OnePlus Nord, equipped with the Snapdragon 765G chip, made its debut in July and quickly became a best-selling product in markets such as India. OnePlus is followed by OnePlus Nord N10 5G and Nord N100, which will go on sale later this month.
According to internal sources, OnePlus’ Nord series next year will be OnePlus Nord SE. Like the Nord N10 5G and N100, the Nord SE is a budget (cost-effective?) model with some good upgrades.
OnePlus Nord SE is codenamed Ebba. The main upgrade of the phone is Warp Charge (65W), which is the 65W fast charging technology that debuted on OnePlus 8T. IT Home reminds that, generally speaking, most of the models with the SE suffix are reverse upgrade configurations, but the possibility of forward upgrades is not ruled out.
Like the OnePlus 8T, the OnePlus Nord SE will be equipped with a 4500mAh battery. It takes less than 40 minutes to fully charge through 65W fast charge.
According to sources, the phone will be unveiled shortly after the release of OnePlus 9, and OnePlus 9 is scheduled to be released in March 2021. OnePlus Nord N10 5G and N100 debuted only 12 days after the launch of OnePlus 8T, so the news is highly credible.
