The much-anticipated Netflix version of “The Three-Body Problem” will premiere at 3 pm today. The drama is adapted from Liu Cixin’s science fiction novel. The drama has a total of 8 episodes, each episode is 60 minutes.
The series is created by “Game of Thrones” creators David Benioff & D.B. Weiss and Alexander Wu, with Liu Cixin and the novel’s English translator Liu Yukun serving as consulting producers. “Young You” director Zeng Guoxiang directed the first episode .
The show has a luxurious cast lineup. Actors include Benedict Wong (“Doctor Strange” and “The Martian”), Caiqin Zhou (“Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings”), Elsa Gonzalez (“Bay Driver”), and ” John Bradley and Liam Cunningham of Game of Thrones fame.
