In a bid to reduce churn and increase customer’s usage of voice, data & VAS, MTN Nigeria introduced the MTN4ME Offer. This is to improve Customer Value Management (CVM) incremental revenue.
The offer is time bound which means CVM offers have start and end date and cannot be auto-renewed. In a simple language, the more you use your MTN line the better MTN4ME offer you get.
The MTN4ME offer is not assigned until the customer activates any of the eligible offers from any of the MTN4Me Channels, hence, seeing the offer on a line does not mean that the offer is active.
Activation Channels for MTN4ME:
- USSD (Dial *121#)
- My MTN App (click Mega Deal Zone on the home page and crack the eggs)
- MTN Online
- MTN Zigi (Facebook, Whatsapp, Instagram and MTN Online)
- Ayoba
- Through MTN customer care agent in the Call Centre or the Walk-in Centre
When you auto-renew an activated bundle, you will NOT get the CVM Bonus again.
It is important to note that CVM offers are not constant but changes from time to time, that is, the offer available today may not be the offer available for the same customer the next period.
Points To Note
>> If the subscriber enables auto-renewal for a data bundle activated using MTN4ME method, only the main data bundle will be renewed upon expiry, bonus does not auto renew.
>> For you to enjoy the double data, a fresh activation request has to be made via the MTN4ME platform.
