The SOLO Device Financing offer is in partnership with SOLO, a Device manufacturer, and is specially crafted to enable customers to acquire smartphones at minimal upfront costs by allowing installment payments for the device over 9 – 12 months.
This is to reduce the entry barrier for MTN customers to own smartphones and enjoy Voice calls and Data.
To enjoy this offer, customers will need to visit any of the selected stores in Lagos (see attached) where they will be profiled for the offer, eligible customers will then be able to opt-in for either a 9 month or 12 month bundled subscription program which will include the monthly device payment, bundled minutes and data.
The 2 smartphones available in this phase are the SOLO U5 and SOLO U5+.

What is MTN – Intelligra Bundle?
This is a novel service that enables a customer subscribe to a bundle From MTN that contains Data,
Voice & a “free” Device. The bundle is in form of a contract which you subscribe to monthly for an agreed number of months ranging from 6 – 12 months
How much am I required to make monthly for each of the duration?
The required amount and device is subject to the score received, as approved by the telco network company.
Who can qualify?
Customers on the MTN network have been pre-qualified for the bundle. These Customers would have received an SMS from MTN indicating that they have been prequalified for the offer. Customers who successfully complete an application in-store will walk out with the Bundle.
How much is the MTN – Intelligra Bundle?
The bundle starts from as low as N4,750/month which includes Data, Voice + a “Free” Smartphone for a range of 6 – 12 months with the first month bundle price paid upfront
* kindly note that for the required duration signed up for (12-month, 9-month or 6-month), you will not be able to use any other telco network SIM in the SIM one until you have successfully completed the payment plan signed up for. Immediately, after completion, the device will be opened for life. Here you are allowed to use any choice network SIM in either SIM one or SIM two.

Once a customer gets an SMS that they qualify for the bundle, there are required to visit the nearest participating store with the following list below
- Prequalification in the MTN system
- Identity Card: Driver’s License, International Passport, Voter’s Card, National Identity Card
- BVN (Bank Verification Number): Dial *565*0#
- First month subscription fee
How do I remit the monthly commitment?
By Recharging your MTN number with the bundle fee monthly through our Customer360. This app is installed into your choice device and would be set up for you at the point of sales right before you leave the store.
- Open your Customer360 app, Click the 3 lines beside the Home icon and select account Top-up
- Enter your recharge pin and select Fund account’’
Can I make my monthly commitment in advance?
Yes! Just open the customer360 app and recharge anytime as shown above
What happens if I don’t meet my monthly commitment?
Your phone will be locked. You will not be able to make calls or use any phone functionality aside from Emergency call, switch on mobile data/ Wi-Fi & Customer360 app
How do I unlock my phone?
By recharging your line with your monthly bundle commitment and this can be done through the lock screen by opening the Customer360 app as show above
How do I locate your service center if I want to repair my phone?

In a situation where our customer phone is reportedly stolen* or lost*, there is a one-time offer to replace your phones. The customer is expected to report to Intelligra office with a copy of the following;
- Police report
- Sworn affidavit
- Receipt of purchase
- Any valid means of ID
*Covers a one-time replacement of either device or damaged screen and not both.
Is there warranty for the Devices?
