When a one-off schedule is set, it means the user (or the defined recipient) would be credited with the defined airtime amount on the defined date/time and no subsequent crediting afterward but with ‘Reoccurring’, the user is automatically credited with the defined airtime amount at the defined intervals.
WHAT IF I WANT TO SCHEDULE ONLY ONCE?
You can make use of the one off scheduling feature. It means the user (or the defined recipient) would be credited with the defined airtime amount on the defined date/time and no subsequent crediting afterwards.
I DON’T HAVE A CARD BUT I WANT TO SIGN UP
You must have a valid Naira card to be able to sign up and activate your account. Your bank account for the card to be used must be funded too as all top up transactions will be deducted from your bank account.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON’T HAVE MONEY IN MY ACCOUNT?
If you don’t have sufficient funds to carry out a transaction on the Auto Top up platform, the initiation of such transactions will fail and a failure notification containing the reason will be sent to you.
CAN I USE AUTO TOPUP IF I’M ABROAD?
Yes. Your beneficiaries with Nigerian numbers can continue to enjoy MTN Auto Top up. However, you cannot use it on your international number or numbers outside the Nigerian network provide.
