Apple today pushed the visionOS 1.1 update (internal version number: 21O211) to Vision Pro users. This update is 24 days after the last release.
It should be noted that due to cache issues with the configuration of Apple’s regional node servers, there may be a slight delay in detecting upgrades in some places, usually within half an hour, not too long.
Apple officially wrote in the update log:
This update introduces MDM capabilities for deployment, device configuration, and management for enterprises. This release also includes Persona improvements, the ability to remove system apps from the home view, and additional features, bug fixes, and security updates for Apple Vision Pro.

Improve the reliability of discovering and connecting to Macs using Mac Virtual Display
Addresses an issue where universal controls might stop working
Resolved connection issues that occurred when a previously paired Bluetooth device could not be found

Set up your device’s functionality when using dedicated WiFi networks such as those in hotels, cafes and airports
