In order to protect the basic communication rights of American users from being affected, we have conducted several rounds of communication with the US government during this period to seek appropriate solutions. Unfortunately, the two sides have not yet reached a consensus.

- Any service that distributes or maintains WeChat or TikTok apps, component codes, or app updates through online App stores in the United States;
- Any service provided through WeChat to transfer funds or process payments within the United States.
- From September 20, 2020 (WeChat) and November 12, 2020 (TikTok), the following behaviors are prohibited:
- Provide any Internet hosting service in the United States to support the function or optimization of the App;
- Provide any content distribution network services in the United States to support App functions or optimization;
- Directly contracted or subcontracted Internet transmission or exchange services in the United States to realize the functions or optimization of the App;
- Use the code, function, or service of the above mobile application in software or services developed and/or supported for access in the United States.
